What types of wood do you use for your planks?
We specialize in sustainably sourced hardwoods including North American Walnut, White Oak, and Maple, as well as reclaimed timber for our rustic collections.
How long does shipping take for custom orders?
Custom-cut planks typically require 5-7 business days for processing and finishing. Once shipped, delivery usually takes between 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, WoodPlank ships to all 50 U.S. states and select provinces in Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders soon.
Can I return my order if the wood grain doesn't match my decor?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all standard-sized, unused planks. Please note that because wood is a natural material, unique grain patterns and knots are expected and not considered defects.
Are your wood finishes eco-friendly and food-safe?
Yes, all our sealants and oils are VOC-free and LEED compliant. Our butcher block and countertop finishes are 100% food-safe and non-toxic.
Do you provide installation services?
While we do not provide direct installation, every order includes a comprehensive digital guide and we can recommend certified local contractors in your area.
