At WoodPlank, we want you to be completely satisfied with your natural wood home decor and furniture; if your piece isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for most items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original shipping materials to ensure the natural wood finish is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous markings.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
